PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Rubber refers to a highly elastic polymer material with reversible deformation, which is elastic at room temperature and can undergo significant deformation under very small external forces. After removing the external forces, it can return to its original state. Rubber belongs to completely amorphous polymers, with a low glass transition temperature (Tg) and a molecular weight often large, exceeding several hundred thousand.
Rubber is divided into two types: natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Natural rubber is extracted and processed from rubber trees, rubber grasses, and other plants to produce gum; Synthetic rubber is obtained by polymerizing various monomers. Rubber products are widely used in various aspects of industry or life.

THE SOURCE AND APPLICATION CHARACTERISTICS OF UNIVERSAL RUBBER
Universal rubber has good comprehensive performance and is widely used. There are mainly: ① Natural rubber, made from latex of the three leaf rubber tree, with the basic chemical composition being cis polyisoprene. Good elasticity, high strength, and comprehensive performance. ② Isoprene rubber, also known as cis-1,4-polyisoprene rubber, is a high cis synthetic rubber made from isoprene. Due to its similar structure and properties to natural rubber, it is also known as synthetic natural rubber. ③ Styrene butadiene rubber, abbreviated as SBR, is produced by copolymerization of butadiene and styrene. According to the production method, it can be divided into lotion polymerized styrene butadiene rubber and solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber. Its comprehensive performance and chemical stability are good. ④ Shunding rubber, also known as cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber or BR, is produced by polymerizing butadiene. Compared with other general-purpose rubbers, vulcanized butadiene rubber has particularly excellent cold resistance, wear resistance, and elasticity. It generates less heat under dynamic loads, has good aging resistance, and is easy to be used in combination with natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, and other materials. ⑤ Chloroprene rubber, abbreviated as CR, is made by polymerizing chloroprene. Has good comprehensive performance, oil resistance, flame resistance, oxidation resistance, and ozone resistance. But it has a high density, is prone to crystallization and hardening at room temperature, has poor storage properties, and poor cold resistance.

THE SOURCE AND APPLICATION CHARACTERISTICS OF SPECIAL RUBBER
Special type rubber refers to rubber with certain special properties. There are mainly: ① Nitrile rubber, abbreviated as NBR, is produced by copolymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile. Good oil resistance and aging resistance, can be used for a long time in air at 120 ℃ or in oil at 150 ℃. In addition, it also has water resistance, airtightness, and excellent bonding performance. ② Silicone rubber, with a main chain composed of alternating silicon oxygen atoms and organic functional groups on the silicon atoms. Resistant to high and low temperatures, ozone, and good electrical insulation. ③ Fluororubber is a synthetic rubber containing fluorine atoms in its molecular structure. Usually expressed in terms of the number of fluorine atoms in the fluorinated units of copolymers, such as fluororubber 23, which is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and chlorotrifluoroethylene. Fluororubber is resistant to high temperatures, oil, and chemical corrosion. ④ Polysulfide rubber is formed by the condensation of polysulfides of dihalomethanes and alkali metals or alkaline earth metals. Has excellent oil and solvent resistance, but low strength, poor aging resistance and processability, has a foul odor, and is often used in combination with nitrile rubber. In addition, there are polyurethane rubber, chlorohydrin rubber, acrylic rubber, etc.

PRODUCT USAGE
Culture, education, and sports
Common types of ball shells, sponge rubber surfaces for table tennis rackets, swimming soccer balls, toy balls, gold pen shells, erasers, rubber traps, rubber strings, rubber seals, rubber blankets, balloons, and sponge rubber pads are widely used in cultural and educational institutions, offices, design and drawing, and sports equipment.

Daily necessities
There are many rubber products serving us in daily life, which are commonly worn by urban and rural residents. It is one of the most widely consumed types of rubber products. Other products such as raincoats, hot water bottles, elastic bands, children's toys, sponge seat cushions, and latex impregnated products are all playing their role in people's lives.
