Product Details
3D printing wire refers to linear consumables used in fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology. Its main raw materials include polylactic acid (PLA), PETG, ABS, nylon, etc. Among them, PLA is made from renewable plant resources and belongs to bio based biodegradable materials. The common wire diameter is 1.75mm.
PLA, ABS, and PETG, as mainstream wires, have differences in printing temperature, mechanical properties, and applicable scenarios. PLA printing temperature is about 190-210 ℃, with low risk of edge curling and high hand friendliness, but poor toughness and average heat resistance; ABS printing has a higher temperature and requires a hot bed for better strength and heat resistance, but there is an odor during printing; PETG performance falls between the two. All FDM wires are prone to moisture absorption, improper storage can affect printing quality, and moisture-proof measures such as drying ovens should be used.
PLA Carbon Fiber Filament
